Waseem Khokhar

With close to 30 years of legal experience gained across both the UK and the Gulf region. He is a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) and a registered legal consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department. Waseem’s key experience includes advising on major corporate and commercial transactions, working closely with major family groups and HNWs on a variety of matters, including corporatisation/ transformation, succession, restructuring, tax and family protocols. He has also spent many years in the regulatory investigations field, advising on matters including disputes, complex tax litigation and investigations.
