Priyasha Corrie is a corporate and M&A lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising multinational corporations, investment funds, and high-growth regional businesses. She regularly acts on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and complex commercial agreements.
